The dispensing machine industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and dispensing equipment has been widely adopted by numerous manufacturing enterprises. 1. Pipeline cleaning is required when replacing glue types. First, close the feed valve and open the dispensing valve to drain the residual glue in the glue bucket. Then close the discharge valve, open the feed valve, and pour cleaning solvent into the glue storage bucket. Start the machine and push out the solvent following standard operating procedures to flush the pipeline.
2. The lifter of the machine's quantitative cylinder requires regular lubrication to extend its service life. Inject 2-3 shots of high-temperature lithium-based grease into the grease nozzle with a grease gun once a week on a regular basis.
3. In case of abnormal air pressure, abnormal air intake or internal water vapor accumulation, remove the water vapor from the pressure regulating filter or check for faults in the air pressure source.
4. Wipe the machine components regularly to prolong the equipment service life.
